Shipping policy

I aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. This may differ during busy periods, for example Christmas. This processing time may also differ for 'made to order' items. Please allow up to 5 working days for mugs to be shipped.

 

Items are shipped 1st class Royal Mail. Please allow longer shipping times during busy periods. 1st class can take up to 7 working days around Christmas.

 

Please do not contact me about a missing parcel until it has been 10 working days from dispatch date.
